Always make sure your hardware wallet (e.g., Trezor) has the latest firmware installed before connecting it to Exodus Wallet.
Step 2: Check USB Connectivity
Use the original cable and a different USB port if Exodus does not recognize the device. Avoid USB hubs.
Step 3: Restart Exodus Wallet
Close and reopen Exodus Wallet. Restarting the app can fix temporary glitches or device recognition issues.
Step 4: Clear Browser Caches (Trezor Only)
If using a Trezor wallet, clear your browser cache as it may conflict with the wallet bridge communication.
Step 5: Reconnect and Reauthorize
Disconnect and reconnect the device, then reauthorize it through Exodus when prompted.
