Step 1: Open Exodus Wallet
Launch your Exodus app and unlock it using your PIN or password.
Step 2: Select Bitcoin Wallet
From the main dashboard, click on the Bitcoin asset to open its detailed view.
Step 3: Click “Send”
Tap the “Send” button to begin a new transaction.
Step 4: Copy Your Coinbase BTC Address
Open Coinbase, go to your BTC wallet, click “Receive,” and copy the displayed BTC address.
Step 5: Paste Address Into Exodus
Back in Exodus, paste the Coinbase address into the recipient field. Always double-check the address.
Step 6: Enter Bitcoin Amount
Specify how much BTC you want to transfer. Exodus will show the network fee upfront.
Step 7: Confirm and Send
Review all details, then confirm and send. Exodus will broadcast the transaction to the Bitcoin network.
Step 8: Verify on Coinbase
In Coinbase, check your BTC wallet; incoming transfers typically appear within 10–60 minutes.
Tips for Safe Transfer
- Always verify the address manually (first/last 4 characters).
- Test with a small amount before sending larger sums.
- Ensure Exodus and Coinbase are updated to the latest versions.
